I spent an extra night in San Francisco after WWDC to be able to explore the area a bit more.
When Florian told me that he and Peter would take a car down into the valley, I didn’t hesitate to join them.
In the forests about an hour out of the city, you wouldn’t be able to guess how close it is. It’s amazingly quiet and you realize how bad the city smells in comparison to this air – fresh and pregnant of oxygen.
Driving through the valley would be nothing for WWDC attendees without visiting Apple’s headquarter. It seems everyone but me has been there before. Gladly that will be reset, once their new campus is done.
